Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order has been placed.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days once shipped.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days once shipped (available at an additional cost).

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00 within the domestic US.
  • For orders under $50.00, standard shipping rates will apply based on the weight and destination of your package.
  • Expedited shipping options will incur an additional charge, regardless of order total.

International Shipping

Vadera currently ships to customers in the United States (US) and the European Union (EU).

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges before placing your order.

International shipping delivery times vary greatly depending on the destination and can take anywhere from 7-21 business days after processing, sometimes longer due to customs delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. If the package is delivered to the incorrect address due to your error, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
